Going-out guide
Marbella nightlife: Puerto Banús, clubs and beach clubs
In short
- Marbella’s nightlife is spread across Puerto Banús (Tibu, Linekers), the Golden Mile (Bonbonniere, Coya, Momento, Mamzel), Nueva Andalucía (Naô) and the town centre (Taok).
- By day, the beach and pool clubs take over: Ocean Club, Playa Padre, La Cabane, Luuma or The Point.
- High season runs from June to September, with Easter and spring long weekends as a warm-up; in winter fewer venues open, on fewer days.
- The dress code is almost always smart: trainers, swimwear or vests rarely get in at night.
- In Andalusia clubs may close at 6:00 am, and at 7:00 am on Fridays, Saturdays and eves of public holidays.
- At the best-known clubs in high season, a table with a bottle is the usual way in for groups: book ahead.
Puerto Banús
The marina is the heart of Marbella’s nightlife: yachts, terraces and venues side by side. Tibu, on Plaza de Antonio Banderas, opens every night from midnight to 6:00 am with a big open-air terrace and international DJs. Linekers, on Muelle de Ribera, is a sports bar by day and a club by night. On the beach, Ocean Club is one of the largest beach clubs, with 9,000 m² and a saltwater pool.
In Puerto Banús:
The Golden Mile: clubs, dinner and shows
- Bonbonniere, opened in summer 2026 in the former Olivia Valère, by the group behind Bonbonniere Mykonos and Tulum.
- Coya Club, at Puente Romano: the Peruvian restaurant that turns into a club after dinner.
- Momento, restaurant, patio and club that moves from dinner to dancing around midnight.
- Mamzel, at Finca Besaya: dinner, show and party, with new productions every season.
- Fitz Marbella, in Río Verde, a walk from Puerto Banús: sister of Fitz Madrid, with urban and electronic artists.
On the Golden Mile and Río Verde:
Beach clubs: the daytime party
In Marbella the party starts in daylight. Beach clubs combine loungers or Balinese beds, a restaurant, cocktails and a DJ: Playa Padre, with shows and international DJs; La Cabane, open since 1965; Luuma Beach; The Point, with an infinity pool; and Naô Pool Club, in Nueva Andalucía. Beds and loungers are booked in advance, days ahead in August.
