About The Bassement

The Bassement is a techno and house club in an industrial-looking basement on Calle de Galileo in Chamberí, close to Quevedo, San Bernardo and Argüelles metro stations. It opened in October 2021 and covers around 1,000 m², with room for about 1,000 people, four bars and a reserved-table area next to the dance floor. In 2025 it was a finalist for best large club on the Peninsula at Spain's national electronic music awards.

It opens Thursday to Sunday from midnight, until 5.30am on Thursdays and Sundays and until 6am on Fridays and Saturdays. Nights are run by labels such as Laster Club, Swing, Cacao, Ongoing and Umamii, and Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Dixon, Laurent Garnier, Richie Hawtin and Sven Väth have all played there. Tickets are sold on DICE and the minimum age is 18, with a physical ID card or passport.
