About Bananas
Bananas is the oldest club in the Magaluf Club Pass (MCP) group: it opened in 1980, sits at the top of the Punta Ballena Strip on Martín Ros García street, next to Carwash, and claims the biggest dancefloor on the Strip, with four bars. In its early years it had an aquarium with dancers watching the crowd from inside.
The music is house, dance and techno, from deep house to EDM anthems and hardcore, with resident DJs Franky and Philthy Phill and appearances from Eurodance names such as Cascada, Darren Styles and Basshunter. Its regular nights are the Magaluf Full Moon Party, School Disco, We Are Commando, Hardcore in the Sun and the foam party, with the odd reggaeton night. In season it opens nightly from 11pm to 6am. Entry is with the Magaluf Club Pass wristband, which gets you into the group's open clubs and carries bar credit, and it is over-18s only. It is closed now: the group has announced the 2027 season opening for 8 April.
