About Selva Club

Selva Club is the electronic music club of Palma's locals. It sits in a warehouse on the Son Castelló industrial estate, in the north of the city, about 10–15 minutes by taxi from the old town. It started as a members' club called Selva Secret Society and bills itself as Palma's first private club; today anyone can get in with a ticket or on the list. It is a small room decorated with plants, with a Funktion-One sound system.

The music is electronic only: deep house, tech house, minimal, melodic techno, hard techno and schranz, with its own series such as Dark Room, Under Pressure (sometimes vinyl only), Push Gathering or Fast and Fresh and guest DJs such as Rikhter, Mark Broom or Johannes Schuster. It opens all year on Fridays and Saturdays from 11.59pm to 6am, with tickets on Xceed: they include a drink if you arrive before 1.30am, entry is free before 1am and after that it costs €10 at the door. Over-18s only, with no strict dress code.
