Music Factory is a music venue, cocktail bar and club on Plaza de Monterrey, two minutes from the Plaza Mayor and facing the Monterrey Palace, with a terrace on the pedestrian square. It has been part of Salamanca's nightlife for years, won the 2017 Salamanca Hospitality Award for nightlife initiative, and its stage has hosted acts such as Siniestro Total, Medina Azahara, Vanesa Martín, El Langui and Orquesta Mondragón.
Its calendar is one of the busiest in the city: tribute bands (Oasis, Springsteen, El Canto del Loco, Héroes del Silencio), gigs by the likes of Aviador Dro and Bombai, themed parties such as «Perreo en lo oscuro» with classic reggaeton, techno nights, drag shows and Sunday jam sessions. When there is no live music, it plays 80s and 90s Spanish and international pop-rock, remember classics and current hits. It has a bookable VIP area and hosts birthdays, hen and stag parties and company events. Tickets are sold on its website.
