Aguere Cultural

About Aguere Cultural

Aguere Cultural, also called Aguere Espacio Cultural, has occupied the former Aguere multiplex cinema since 2011, on Calle Herradores in the historic centre of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a multi-purpose venue that spreads cinema, theatre, dance, comedy, concerts and parties across a lobby and four rooms: the Live Zone for gigs; Sala Paradiso, a 280-seat independent cinema; a large hall for galas and big parties; and the Kulture Club, about 150 m² plus a glazed terrace, with a cocktail bar, armchairs, a big screen and a DJ area, holding around 400 people.

At night it mixes gigs by local and touring bands with DJ parties: its 2023 Christmas Eve party, from midnight, had free entry until full and big hits to toast the holidays. In October 2026 it hosted the final of the 21st University of La Laguna Music Prize. Tickets for each concert are sold through ticketing sites or on the door.
