About Holiday by Obbio

Holiday by Obbio is a club at Calle Jesús del Gran Poder 73, next to the Alameda de Hércules. Holiday opened in 1975 and has stayed open ever since; it keeps much of its original look, with sofas and tables around the dance floor, and since 2015 it has been run by the team behind Obbio, the bar on Calle Trastámara that opened in 1999. It holds 700 people across two rooms: the main one, with pop, rock, 80s, 90s and current hits, and a small room for urban music.

It opens at weekends and on nights before public holidays from 11pm to 7am. It is one of the most inclusive venues on the Seville night scene and a favourite with the LGBTQ+ crowd, with parties such as Tragaperra, which celebrated its 13th anniversary in October 2026, and Rita «La Nuit», a monthly fairground-themed party with drag shows, a mechanical bull and games on stage. Tickets for special parties are sold through its website and Instagram.
