Anubis Rivas is the Anubis Coctelería chain’s venue at the H2Ocio leisure centre in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, with a large terrace overlooking the centre’s artificial lake. It works as a café in the afternoon and as a cocktail bar and shisha lounge until the early hours: its own website sums it up as a place that “starts with a coffee and ends with beers”. The menu mixes classic and tropical cocktails, many served in tiki mugs, spirits, teas, juices and smoothies, and the shishas are what comes up most in its nearly 2,500 Google reviews, with a score of 4.1 out of 5. There are DJs and sessions on the terrace, which in summer, half-open and with water misters, is one of the most pleasant spots in H2Ocio. A snack usually comes with your drink. Some customers warn that shisha smoke builds up inside at the busiest times. Since it is in a shopping centre, parking is easy.
