CDLC (Carpe Diem Lounge Club) is a seafront restaurant and club on the Passeig Marítim, next to Hotel Arts and a few steps from Opium and Shôko. It has been part of Barcelona's nightlife for more than twenty years and was one of the first places in the city to combine a restaurant with a club. During the day and at dinner time it serves Mediterranean food with Asian flavours, in a Balinese and Moroccan-style interior and on a sea-facing terrace that is fitted out for winter; from midnight it turns into a club.

The music ranges from deep house and tech house to classic house, with parties from Friday to Sunday (on the first weekend of November 2026, Akali, Tribute to House Music and Zoco). There are Balinese-style booths and VIP table service with bottles, and the whole venue can be booked for events and celebrations. It has been an official Dom Pérignon ambassador since 2008.
