La Cristalera is a bar-club on the banks of the Guadalete, on Plaza de las Galeras Reales, next to the Galeras fountain. It was Grupo BanBan's first venue, in 2013, and fills an iron and glass structure, whose design some attribute to a disciple of Eiffel, with a large terrace over the river. It is one of El Puerto's go-to spots for afternoon parties: outside the summer it opens on Fridays and Saturdays from 3.30pm to 4am, and every day in summer.
Nights come with a DJ and a dance-floor atmosphere, playing pop and Latin music, and in October 2026 it brought back live concerts. It is not a big club: it is a bar with a dance floor, a terrace and a drinks crowd, a middle ground for those who would rather skip a club door. The guest list, tables for groups and concert tickets are handled on WhatsApp. Grupo BanBan has a second Cristalera in Vistahermosa.
