Cova Santa is a party venue and restaurant in the countryside of Sant Josep, at kilometre 7 of the road from Ibiza Town to Sant Josep, by the turn-off to Sa Caleta. It is built over a cave known since the 15th century and opened to visitors in 1957, and it belongs to the Amnesia group. It has an open-air garden among pine trees, shaped like an amphitheatre, with the restaurant tables stepped down towards the dance floor, and an indoor club in the cave, where the party moves after midnight. Parties start in the afternoon and go on until dawn, with deep house, organic house and melodic techno, and its best-known party is Woomoon. The crowd is somewhat older and dresses up, in a bohemian style: sportswear, flip-flops and swimwear are not allowed. The minimum age is 18. There is no public transport: people go by taxi. It has VIP tables on the terrace and in the club, and shisha.
