Subsuelo is an underground club in the basement of Plaza del Castillo 44, right in Pamplona's old town. It has two rooms, the main one and La Belena, and opens on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and nights before public holidays. Thursday is student night, from 11pm to 3.30am, with drinks at €5; on Fridays it opens at 7pm and on Saturdays at 5pm, with free entry in the afternoon, and at weekends it closes at 4am.
Its resident DJs play chart music and reggaeton, and on the first weekend of every month it holds an 80s and 90s afternoon party (5pm to 10pm, free entry) with DJ Andoni and visuals by JL Visión. It also puts on themed parties such as La Tentación, with advance tickets on its website, and hires out the venue for birthdays, company events and pre- or post-wedding parties, with its own catering. It is for over-18s only.
