About ¡BE! Club

¡BE! Club is the former Be Bop, refurbished and renamed in 2016. It sits on the corner of Paseo de Salamanca, where the Urumea meets the sea on the edge of the Old Town, with big windows looking out onto the Kursaal. It works as both a cocktail bar and a club: open every day from 3pm to 5am, and until 6.30am on Fridays and Saturdays, with a cocktail list and craft beers.

Friday nights are given over to black music (soul, funk, afrobeat, nu jazz, R&B, reggae and hip hop), while Saturdays are eclectic, with 50s and 60s classics and 80s and 90s hits. It also hosts electronic and house DJ sessions, with residents such as Asier Meataka, jazz jam sessions and fringe parties during the city's festivals: Off Jazzaldia, Off Dantz and Off Cine during the Film Festival. Some sessions are free, and the venue can be booked for birthdays and parties.
