Hibou is a shisha and cocktail bar in Santa Eugenia, in Villa de Vallecas, open since 2017 and one of the best-rated shisha lounges in Madrid: more than 1,000 Google reviews, with a score of 9.4. It boasts more than 100 flavours and one of the best collections in the city, and its menu is among the most complete: blond tobacco from around fifteen brands (Adalya, Al Fakher, Al Waha, Holster, Hookain, Dozaj, Starbuzz…), premium dark tobacco (Musthave, Blackburn, Darkside, Tangiers, Kismet, Nash or Blyat) and two award-winning house bowls that took first place, the Petifrís and the Artemisa. Signature cocktails (Pekado de Unicornio, Hibou Tropic, Phoenix…), cookie and chocolate milkshakes and a menu of burgers, pizzas and snacks round it off. It has a terrace and a VIP area, and sells accessories: Kaloud and Provost heat managers, bowls and natural charcoal.

Bookings: tables are held for 15 minutes and, if people are waiting, can be used for up to 2 hours. Groups of more than 15 and the VIP area are booked separately.
