Serendipia Lounge is a shisha lounge in Villa de Vallecas, a short walk from Congosto metro station, which has been open for more than seven years and has become one of the area’s favourite meeting points. Its most recognisable feature is a large covered terrace with a wooden structure, plants and Chesterfield-style sofas, and an interior of soft lighting and neon signs. It boasts more than 60 shisha flavours and of being one of the first to bring in new ones as they reach the market, with different ways of preparing your shisha to suit your taste. Its other speciality is signature cocktails with foams, served in skull, bust or pagoda-shaped vessels, and to eat there are chips, chicken fingers, tequeños, croquettes, pizzas and burgers. You order from your phone, with a QR code on every table. It has nearly 1,000 Google reviews, with a score of 4.2 out of 5; some non-smoking customers warn that there is no area separated from the shishas.
