Call to bookAbout RavioXO
RavioXO is the restaurant of Dabiz Muñoz, the chef of DiverXO and World’s Best Chef since 2021, in the Gourmet Experience of El Corte Inglés on Castellana, with a Michelin star since 2023. Its motto is “the luxury of eating time”: pasta and dough are the thread of a cuisine free of cultural references, in which every dough, every filling and every fold of a dumpling is made by hand, piece by piece, after hours of work, studying different starches and their textures. It is a tribute to the dumpling work Muñoz began in DiverXO’s early days, with dishes such as rubia beef cheung fun with XO sauce, monkfish dan dan in a flaming wok, the three-cook Peking margherita pizza or black pepper crab. It seats 45 inside and 20 on the terrace, with a signature cocktail list and a wine list, and a tasting menu, Festival 360º, for the whole table. It opens every day and booking is essential.
