Call to bookAbout Clos Madrid
Clos Madrid is one of the restaurants of Marcos Granda’s group, the one behind Skina, Toki and Nintai, on Calle de Raimundo Fernández Villaverde in Chamberí, with one Michelin star. Its idea is that the experience is built with the guest: kitchen and dining room talk to you from the very first moment, and hospitality, conversation and produce are at the heart of the house. There is no conventional menu. The meal is a journey guided by six words: Astur-Celta, origin and the toast; Cosecha, a tribute to the market garden and the season; Revisionismo, traditional dishes brought up to date; Guiso marinero, the dish served in the middle to share; Fuego, embers and smoke; and Ritual dulce, the close. Everything starts in the wine cellar with a welcome and a first bite, and from there each step is decided with the diner, who chooses between three, four or six passages, with their pairing. The bright, clean-lined dining room is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
