Call to bookAbout Dani Brasserie
Dani Brasserie is Dani García’s restaurant on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, in the Centro Canalejas, with one of the city’s most spectacular rooftop terraces, overlooking the Metrópolis building, the Gran Vía and the rooftops of the centre. Food and design come together in a cosmopolitan, relaxed brasserie that keeps the essence of the Marbella chef’s Mediterranean cooking, with genuine flavours and sophisticated touches: Robuchon-style prawns, langoustine carpaccio, nitro tomato with green gazpacho, linguine with grilled carabinero prawn, the Rossini burger with foie, sole meunière finished at the table or grilled T-bone, plus a raw bar with Barbate tuna and caviar. The Best of Dani menu brings together his most iconic creations, and its wine list holds Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence in 2026. It opens from breakfast until late, with Sunday brunch, a weekday lunch menu, an afternoon of classics and signature cocktails at the bar.
