About OSA

OSA is chef Jorge Muñoz’s restaurant by the river Manzanares, on Calle de la Ribera del Manzanares, with one Michelin star and two Repsol Suns. Its cooking stitches the team’s classics together with the season that arrives in the kitchen every day, and the dining room is calm and warm: tables with linen cloths, handmade tableware, a wood-fired oven in view, a cellar of bottles lying from floor to ceiling and a terrace among the trees. It works only with menus, served to the whole table: the XL, of 18 to 20 courses, for those who come hungry, curious and with time, with avant-garde creations and jewel-like produce; the OSA menu, of 13 or 14 courses, which gives the house its name; and in summer the osa|terraza menu, of five courses chosen daily by the kitchen, which can be extended à la carte. The wine list can be downloaded from its website. There is no vegetarian or vegan menu. It opens for dinner Tuesday to Saturday and for lunch Wednesday to Saturday, with two sittings per service.

Opening hours
Dinner, Tuesday to Saturday, sittings at 8:30 pm and 9:15 pm. Lunch, Wednesday to Saturday, sittings at 1:30 pm and 2:15 pm.
